Even during fasting, it’s a good idea to at least do a simple workout, just to keep your body moving. A simple 30 minutes walk when fasting, or some light stretching will do wonders for our body and soul. By the end of Ramadan, your body should feel more energized and less sluggish.

 

Its important to remember that even though we are fasting, we still need to take care of our bodies. By following these simple tips, we can ensure that our body adapts well to the fasting period and we can stay healthy throughout Ramadan.
